JeDeCo - Linnie Mclarty

Linnie Mclarty graduated in 2008 with a clutch of awards and a highly innovative range of jewellery to her credit.  Having come to jewellery design from a fine art background the transition was an interesting one, and one she feels adds to her design process.

Linnie works, for the most part, in precious metals, but will use other materials if she feels they are more sympathetic to the design

Her recent body of work is concerned with the symbolism of flowers, what they signified in the past and signify now.  She finds the darker side of their beauty intriguing.

Linnie is happy to work to commission.

She strongly believes that the right piece of jewellery can make your entire day.
